We start with the number. I run your block's recent transactions, walk the unit, and give you a realistic range plus a pricing strategy: list price and negotiation floor. Try the instant estimate first if you're curious.
Eligibility & timeline check
Before anything goes live, we make sure your MOP is satisfied and go through your sale proceeds (CPF refund, loan redemption, cash). If you're buying your next home, we work out both transactions and walk through the timeline together so you transition smoothly.
Preparation & marketing
Decluttering advice, professional photos, and a listing written to sell. Your flat goes up on the major portals and in front of my own buyer network. Many of my deals match before the listing is even public.
Viewings & negotiation

Option to Purchase
